Examine the theme of Junot Diaz’s ‘How to Date.’

Essay should be typed double-spaced in 12 pt. font Times New Roman.
Indent paragraphs . Paragraphs are 5-7 sentences each. State the thesis in the intro paragraph.
Format A– Introductory paragraph, body paragraph, and a concluding paragraph.
Write from the 3rd person point of view (he, she, it, they/ use 3rd person pronouns).

Do not write from the 1st person point of view (I, me, my, we,) nor the 2nd person (you).

Introduce the author and essay by name in the intro paragraph. Quote the text when relevant and enclose within quotation marks. No contractions ( avoid can’t, instead write cannot) unless you are quoting the author
