Capstone

This is going to be a Leadership Development Program (manuscriipt/book) that’s aimed at implementing Strategic Leadership and Servant Leadership into any corporation that would desire it. You’ll have about 12 weeks total to write it, but I’ll need a finished draft by week nine so that the professor can provide feedback. I would imagine that it’ll need one or two revisions over a two–three week period. You’ll need to do some extensive research and not just rely on citing/referencing other authors (though you can cite/reference as many as you like). Please review the attached document which is the outline I submitted to the professor. He provided feedback and gives advice I think will help. Please use your expertise where it’s needed, nothing is set in stone. The outline was just my idea of what it could look like. The professors feedback helps. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
