International Court Case summary

In order to better understand the legal issues and application of the law involved in international criminal institutions, you are required to write a summary of an international court case to which you have been assigned.

Your summary should be no more than 1,500 words and should highlight the background of the case including the features of the conflict in which the individual was involved, the main charges including a description of events in the charge, the defense used by the defendant and the decision reached (if a judgment has been handed down).
