Final reflection: Philosophy of teaching students with exceptional needs.

This final paper is an opportunity for you to reflect on what you’ve learned this quarter in this class.  You are going to write a 1-2 page reflection thinking about the following:

Thinking about what you knew about individuals with disabilities prior to taking this course, how has your understanding or perception changed?
How do you feel after taking this class about having students with disabilities in your future classroom?  Do you feel you have a better understanding of how you can support students with disabilities?
What, from this class, has had the greatest impact on your thinking about and understanding of individuals with disabilities, not only in your future classroom, but also in the broader societal sense?
