I have interest in understanding how Sustainability is good Economics. I am also quite interested learn in depth about environmental, energy, and resource economics. I am also curious to learn how food, agriculture, and global development economics management will help provide sustainability measures to various ongoing global projects. The rich curriculum options will help expand my learnings and perspective in these areas.

During my graduation, I also will aspire to do my internship in a developing country in Africa or Latin America. Exposure to these economies will help me understand how sustainable practices are being implemented to boost economic growth and align these learnings with my understanding of economic development in India.
This degree will not only help me prepare myself professionally to work in global organizations I aspire for, like IMF, World Bank but also support me for pursuing my long-term dream of being an entrepreneur (I propose to introduce organic, sourced from natural beauty products, grown, distributed, and packaged sustainably) on the professional front and support prospects of education for all, which remains remain my passion.
I believe when human capital is empowered, their future generation will undoubtedly be far better in all aspects. I believe an education from a reputed institute like CDS, will give me knowledge and capability to pursue both my professional and personal goals.
